6. Salted Egg Butter Prawn Pasta

We cannot say this enough –  the salted egg from Asia should be put on the mantle and praised. If you have yet to try it, we recommend our Salted Egg Butter Prawn Pasta. Let's be honest, not all fusion dishes work. Most go overboard, with flavors that clash rather than complement, but ours go there in all the right ways, creating the perfect fusion of East meets West. Silky, buttery pasta with salted egg flavors, with a sweet garlic and curry undertones. Awarning, regular pasta seems a lot more boring after you make this easy-to-prepare dish.

Get your eggy fix at dinner with our Silky Steamed Egg! 9. Salted Egg Kale Chips

And because one simply cannot get enough of salted eggs, here is another recipe with it but one that is… slightly healthier! This Asian egg sensation is now paired with kale, and it doesn't disappoint. We used gavia instead, it's a sugar replacement and a rare sugar equivalent. But other sugar replacements work too. Be warned though, it's addictive and absolutely keto-friendly.
