Aceh Fruit Salad (Rujak Aceh)

{{totalReview}}
Unlike what its name suggests, ‘Rujak Aceh’ is a dish that actually originates from Medan. This is the only salad or rujak, in which the sauce is made from fruit juice instead of peanut sauce or sugar syrup. It is best served cold, resulting in a spicy fresh dessert. If you don’t have any Kweni Mangoes, you can use super ripe pineapples to make the sauce. This recipe is a great way to use up your very ripe fruits to make a sweet salad that is perfect after a heavy dinner.
