mango sauce:
4-5 kweni mangoes (you can use any fragrant mango to replace the traditionally used kweni mango)
5 red cayenne peppers
70 g palm sugar
½ tsp salt
100 ml tamarind water
fruits:
pineapple
palm fruit / kolang kaling (attap chee)
pickled cucumber
jambu air/ water apple
mango
water chestnuts
lychee
pickled papaya
pickled snake fruit / salak
Let thischill in the fridge overnight and serve it cold.
