Be whisked away to the heart of Hokkaido with the Hokkaido Treasure Don (S$38.50), a SENS signature filled with the freshest medley of uni, ikura, amaebi, hamachi, scallop and salmon, all imported from Japan. Our next must-try pick is the Asari Butter Yaki (S$12), a plate of sweet, fresh clams stir-fried with fragrant butter.
