50 g Korean sweet potato noodles (soaked in hot water until soft)
1 instant ramen noodle
8 cups chicken stock
Seasoning Paste:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp hot pepper paste (gochujang)
2 tbsp water
salt
pepper
Chicken Marinate :
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp hot pepper sauce (gochujang)
1 tbsp red pepper powder (gochugaru)
