1/ 2 chicken cut into small pieces (10 to 12 pieces)

1 inch fresh turmeric
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce/ liquid aminos
1 tbsp corn flour
1 cup vegetable oil for frying
