1/4 cup sweet soy sauce/ brown sugar
1/4 cup light soy sauce/ liquid aminos (gluten free soy sauce)
2 tbsp oyster sauce/ gluten free oyster sauce 2 tbsp dark thick caramel soy sauce/ gluten free thick soy sauce
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp corn flour
1 cup water
1 cup vegetable oil for frying
