1 chicken (cut into 4 pieces)

1 tsp salt
6 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
4 bird’s eye chilies
8 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp white peppercorns
3 candlenuts (roasted)
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp butter
Serve with hot rice, vegetables and sambal.
