Bread Roll Sushi are actually sandwich roll-ups but with chicken, sliced cheese, veggie or any fillings of your preference rolled with flattened bread. This is a simple, easy-to-prepare yet nutritious menu perfect for breakfast.

Instructions

  1. Flatten bread

    • Remove bread crust. 
    • Using rolling pin, lightly flatten bread slices.


  2. Layer bread with ingredients

    • Base bread slices with lettuceleaves, followed by 1 slice of chicken ham and 1 slice of cheese. Roll up the bread tightly.
    • Using knife, cut both ends of 2 bread rolls and then halve each bread roll.

  3. Tie rolls with spring onion

    • Take 1 spring onion, using knife, cut it into halves. 
    • Take 1 half, tie it over a bread roll sushi to secure it.

  4. Make tomato hearts

    • Using knife, halve 2 cherry tomatoes. Trim each half into a heart shape. 
    • Using a tooth pick, secure 1 heart shaped cherry tomato next tothespring onion knot on the bread sushi.
