1 can tuna flakes (drained)
½ tbsp chilli bean paste
1 tbsp japanese kewpie mayonnaise
1 bunch spring onions (cut to 4” strips)
4” carrot (julienned)
handful of salad leaves
handful of coriander leaves
1 tsp cracked black pepper
3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the top of the rolls for texture and colour
