2 stalks spring onion (thinly sliced)
1 red onion (diced)
4 garlic cloves (minced)
2 inch ginger (minced)
2 tbsp fried shallots
1 tsp soya sauce
1 ½ tsp white pepper
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp chilli powder
6 tbsp oil (4 tbsp + 2 tbsp)
1 tsp salt
2 cups water
Place cooked oatmeal into a bowl. Garnish with sliced omelette, spring onions and fried shallots
