200 g kale (washed)
8 pieces fresh shrimp, shelled and deveined (leave tail on)
200 ml coconut milk
1 stalk lemon grass (bruised)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup water
½ tsp sugar
salt to taste
2 tbsp cooking oil
paste:
1 medium size red onion (cut into small chunks)
2 cloves garlic
2 fresh red chilli (cut into pieces)
1 tbsp dried shrimp (soaked)
garnish
1 stalk fresh red chilli (sliced thinly)
Before serving, garnish with sliced red chillies.
