2 bundel mie sua
¼ kepala cabbag (abon)
½ wortel (dikupas dan dipotong batangnya)
1 cangkir kacang polong (dipangkas)
1 cabai merah besar (diseseed dan dibuli)
½ bawang kuning (dikupas dan diiris tipis)
4 siung bawang putih (dikupas dan dicincang)
2 sdt kecap asin
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdt minyak wijen
1 sdt gula pasir
sedikit lada putih
sedikit garam
80 ml air
(Jika Anda tidak suka ribet dengan menggoreng mie sua, resep ini juga berfungsi dengan baik untuk bihun (bihun juga. Rendam bihun dalam air dingin sampai lunak sebelum digoreng.)
Segera hidangkan, hiasi dengan bawang merah goreng dan daun ketumbar jika Anda suka.
(Untuk hidangan yang lebih mewah, goreng mee sua dengan beberapa jamur dan daging kepiting, bumbu hanya dengan sentuhan saus ikan.)
I like shortcuts. I like convenience as much as the next person. So, I want to test this out. Do I need to have this extra step of deep frying the Mee Sua, or can I take a shortcut by just stir frying them straight away? Let's see.
