hoisin sauce:
60 ml soy sauce (low sodium)
30 g smooth peanut butter
30 ml hoey
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 star anise
3 whole cloves
3 black peppercorns
other ingredients:
350 g beef tenderloin
125 g bean sprouts
20 g (total) chopped fresh coriander, thai basil & mint
35 g chopped roated peanuts
sriracha (to taste)
lime (cut into wedges - for garnish)
Arrange the lime wedges on the side of the platter or plate and serve immediately.
