1 ½ tbsp peeled and finely julienned fresh ginger
2 green onions sliced
1 kg fresh chicken (cut into large pieces with bone in)
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 pinch black pepper
1 tbsp butter
225 g gourmet fresh mushrooms (sliced)
