1.5 kg whole chicken (cleaned, cavity emptied and wiped clean)
4 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 inch ginger (peeled and crushed)
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp mandarin juice (can substitute with any orange juice)
1/4 cup of oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp five spice powder

On a round plate, place the chicken on a bed of lettuce. Arrange peeled orange wedges and cucumber around the chicken. Garnish with 1 Tbsp of toasted white sesame seeds.
