meatballs:
30 g ear fungus (finely chopped)
80 g shirataki noodles
45 g carrots (chopped into small cubes)
300 g ground chicken thigh or pork
200 g ground shrimp
2 eggs
1 L water
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)

soup:
2 tbsp Janti’s Keto Bouillon
Janti’s Sambal
1 packet shirataki noodles
Scoop soup in bowl and add noodles and meatballs, and serve with keto sambal (optional).
