Keto Stir-Fried Dragon Chives & Beansprouts

If you’re on keto, leafy vegetables are the best for the diet. They’re low in carbs compared to stem and root vegetables, but still tastes delicious. For a Chinese New Year meal, you’ll want to make this, whether your family is on keto or not-it’s that yummy.

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients

    • Use as is, or chop up dragon chives to preferred length 
    • Use as is, or chop up beansprouts to preferred length 
    • Slice chili 
    • Mince garlic


  2. Stir-fry and simmer

    • Oil pan with ghee 
    • Saute garlic 
    • Add chilies 
    • Add dragon chives, beansprouts, and Janti’s keto bouillon
    • Stir-fry and let it simmer
    Stir-fry and simmer


Garnish and Serve!

Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove when vegetables have softened (up to you how soft you want it to be)
