Instructions

  1. Whisk egg whites and flour

    • Mix/whisk sugar and eggs until fluffy with a mixer
    • Pour the 25g melted butter and vanilla, mix well

    • Sift the flour and baking powder
    • Gently stir the flour into the mixture using a spatula
    • Add milk bit by bit and mix well
    • Oil the mould

  3. Cook pinch cakes

    • Pour batter into the mould, add topping
