300 g minced lamb
1 cup greek yogurt
¼ cup tahina
½ cup mangoes (small diced)
½ lemon (juiced and rind)
4 tbsp mint (chopped) reserved 2 tbsp for yogurt sauce
2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
1 red onion (minced)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
2 bird eye chilli (minced)
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar
pinch of salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Arrange meatballs in a platter. Serve with spicy yogurt sauce
