2 whole chicken legs
2 stalks lemongrass
2 kaffir limes
1 coriander root
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp milk
5 black peppercorns
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
| Scoring the meat makes it easier for the chicken to absorb the marinade. Same goes for duck, beef and other meats!
Serve hot! Goes well with steamed rice.
