For the paste:
2 green chili
2 red chili
5 cloves garlic
½ inch ginger
4 tbsp water
For the sauce mixture:
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
4 tbsp water
2 tbsp white sesame seed
Blend red chili, green chili, ginger, garlic with 4 tbsp of water until it becomes a paste. Set aside.
Pan roast the sesame seeds until golden brown, remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add the blended paste and let it cook for 4-5 minutes.
While paste is cooking, in a bowl mix sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce and fish sauce to form a sauce mixture.
Add the sauce mixture into the pan and stir well.
Add 4 tbsp water, stir, let it cook for 5-6 minutes.
