50 g quorn meat free mince (prepped for cooking)
100 g dried vegan mee pok (vegan flat noodles)
1 pc oyster mushroom (sliced)
1 pc shitake mushroom (sliced)
100 ml vegetable stock
1 tsp vegetarian oyster sauce
¼ tsp sugar
pepper to taste
¼ tsp dark soy sauce
1 pc choy sum (halved and poached, for garnish)
Poach vegan Mee Pok (vegan flat noodles) in boiling water for 3-5mins and rinse them in cold water to cool them down.
Drain and set aside.
