180 g plain flour
50 g caster sugar

100 g unsalted butter (melted)
1 egg
100 ml coconut milk (diluted with 40ml water)
2 very ripe bananas (peeled cut into pieces)
150 g gula melaka (chopped)
1 tbsp cornstarch
500 ml boiling water
coconut cream (to serve)
Serve warm with extra coconut cream on top!
