1 cup flour
¼ cup rice flour
¾ cup icy water
1 tbsp soy bean paste
½ tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic (minced)
½ tsp ginger (finely minced or juiced)
1 egg (lightly beaten)
filling:
2 bunches spring onion (cut into half)
6 pieces medium shrimps (halved)
4 tbsp vegetable oil or sesame oil for frying
sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar or honey
1 tbsp sesame seeds
½ red chili (sliced)
1 spring onion (chopped)
Mix the sauce ingredients in aramekin and serve with the hot Pajeon.
