1 medium-sized milkfish (gutted & chopped into 4 pcs)
90g ginger, sliced
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1 large red onions, sliced
10 peppercorns
150 ml white vinegar
150 ml water
30 ml fish sauce
1 small bitter melon (deseeded and sliced)
4 bowls of white rice
Pour it into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
