1 egg (room temperature)
170 g unsalted butter (room temperature)
200 g plain flour
30 g cornflour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
60 g brown sugar
2 tsp pandan paste
¼ tsp salt
½ cup of shredded gula melaka (melted)
| Shred the gula melaka before melting it. Try to choose a good quality gula melaka. If gula melaka gets too thick, add about 1 tbsp of water.
