Peanut Soup:
200 g skinned raw peanuts (toasted)
500 ml hot water
60 g brown sugar
30 g butter
1⁄2 tsp salt
2 tbsp rice flour with 1 cup water (if you like your soup a little thicker)
Rice Dumplings:
180 g glutinous rice flour
20 g rice flour
190 ml warm water
salt (to boil)
ice bath
Scoop peanut soup in a bowl and add three rice balls for good luck. Eat warm.
