100 g squid (cleaned & diced)
20 g dried shrimp (soaked in hot water until softened)
2 stalk spring onions (finely chopped)
1 pc ginger (approximately 5cm in size, grated)
3 tbsp sesame oil
soy sauce
white pepper
vegetable oil
Garnish fried rice with the remaining spring onion and serve hot
