Instructions

  1. Prepare gelatine mixture

    • In a small bowl, combine the water and powdered gelatineand letitsoak for about 10 minutes. Do not stir.


  2. Mix gelatine with cream and sugar

    • Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream, vanilla extract and sugar to a simmer over medium heat. Stir occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
    • As soon as it simmers, turn the heat off and add the gelatine mixture, stirring to dissolve the gelatine. If the gelatine does not completely dissolve in 3 minutes, return the mixture to the heat and warm gently until dissolved.
    • Pour the mixture into ramekins or dessert cups. Chill, uncovered for 2 hours.
    Mix gelatine with cream and sugar


Plate and Serve!

Top with mango slices.
