1 cup coconut flour
1 tbsp flaxseed mill
6 eggs (beaten)
1 cup coconut milk
2 half-ripen avocados (cut into small cubes)
5 slices streaky bacon
100 g cream cheese
2 cloves minced garlic
50 g chives
1 tsp dried cilantro
50 g spring onions
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
| Adding the oil rendered from bacon and butter adds extra aroma to this recipe, do not discard that oil.
These muffins are great as breakfast or as a snack!
