80 g prawn meat (coarsely chopped)
2 chinese mushrooms (soaked in hot water, drained and diced)
200 g ground pork
8 wonton skin (round)
2 tsp wolfberries (soaked in hot water)
2 tsp shaoxing wine
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp caster sugar
2 tsp oyster sauce
1½ tsp cornflour
2 + ½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Place the siew mai in a bamboo steamer and steam over high heat with lid on for 10 min. Serve hot.
