Instructions

  1. Blend aromatics

    • In a blender, blend onions, garlic and ginger


  2. Marinate chicken

    • Wash chicken drumsticks and pat dry and add in big mixing bowl
    • In the same big bowl, add in blended items, along with black pepper, white pepper, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar and marinate for at least 2 hours (over night is better)

  3. Fry chicken

    • In a pan, add in cooking oil and heat up oil until hot and shallow fry chicken until brown and keep turning for at least 6 -8 minutes
    • Once brown and cooked through, remove chicken and place on kitchen towel
    Fry chicken


Plate and Serve!

Place chicken drumsticks together on a serving plate. Serve hot.
