4 - 6 eggs

2 onions (peeled and diced)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 tsp salt (to taste)
1 ½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp ground coriander
½ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp dried chilli powder
2 cans whole tomatoes
2 bay leaves
80 ml greek yogurt
1 bunch dill (to garnish)
1 bunch cilantro (to garnish)
toasted almonds (to garnish)
Garnish with cilantro, dill and toasted almonds and ready to serve.
