4 pcs chicken breasts
100 ml soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp white pepper powder
½ tsp five spice powder
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 stalk spring onion (chopped)
200 g plain flour
2 eggs (beaten)
200 g sweet potato flour
chilli powder mix:
2 tsp salt
6 tsp garlic powder
4 tsp paprika
4 tsp chilli powder
| If a mallet is not available to flatten the meat, you can use the spine of a knife for the same purpose.
Coat marinated chicken with flour, follow by the beaten egg and then follow by the sweet potato flour.
Make sure chicken are well coated and let the coating set in before deep-frying the chicken and until crisp and golden brown.
Drain excess oil.
Sprinkle desired amount of seasoned chilli powder. Serve.
