2 packets egg tofu – cut into 4 pieces/packet
½ stalk spring onion - chopped
2 dried Chinese mushrooms - soaked & chopped
100 g pork - minced
6 tiger prawns – deshelled & chopped
2 cloves garlic - chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp fish sauce
½ tsp white pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Garnish the dish with 1tsp of spring onions and serve hot
