1 tbsp belacan (shrimp paste)
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tsp galangal
2 lemongrass
5 chilli padi
4 cloves garlic
10 shallots
2 candlenuts (substitute with macadamia)
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup of water
2 calamansi
mint leaf
salt
Garnish with mint leaf and serve with white rice on the side.
