250 g boneless chicken leg (remove skin and cut into bite size cubes)
1 cup pumpkin (cut into cubes)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp potato starch
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 stalks spring onion
Carefully remove dish from steamer and sprinkle fresh chopped spring onion on top. Serve hot.
